ADSS Fiber Optic Cable, ADSS Cable (All-Dielectric Self-Supporting Cable) is a type of optical fiber cable used primarily for telecommunications and data transmission applications. Unlike traditional cables that require external support structures like poles or towers, ADSS cables are designed to be self-supporting, meaning they can be installed without the need for additional support systems. Loose tube construction, tubes jelly filled, elements (tubes and filler rods) laid up around non-metallic central strength member, polyester yarns used to bind the cable core, water blocking tape wrapped around the cable core, then aramid yarn reinforced and PE outer sheath.
Â
1. Single-mode, multi-mode optical fiber and integrated optical cable design.
2. Smooth appearance, so that the cable has superior aerodynamic performance.
3. All-media optical cable structure is conducive to installation and maintenance.
